IGP-DURA®sky 9503 is highly electrostatically chargeable. This allows an economic and efficient first-pass transfer with low overspray. The good charging behavior facilitates automatic in-line coating of demanding profile geometries and inside corners without manual pre-coating or follow-up coating.

IGP-DURA®sky 95 is based on stable fluoropolymer and co-polymer complexes and offers dirt-repelling properties which ensure long-lasting aesthetic appeal. Carefully selected pigments offer luminous, durable color stability.  

The elegant matte surface of IGP-DURA®sky 9503 lies in the gloss range 25 to 35 gloss units.

Most PVDF coatings achieve limited adhesion on chromium-free pretreatments and therefore require environmentally harmful chromates as a base on the metal substrate. The fluoroethylene system used by IGP adheres to chrome-free pretreatments without any adverse effects, which is better for the environment.
